RefresHer 2011
Last January 22, 2011, a handful of mothers and youth leaders from JIVE was able to join the annual RefresHer conference. It was held in Ynares Sports Arena, Pasig City.
There were probably around 600 to 700 ladies who attended the conference. Reports from the ladies came back that they were truly “refreshed.” For that I am blessed myself.
I failed to finish the whole event for the reason that my cough worsened. It was my fifth day of antibiotic medication then. But I guess I was not able to tolerate the chilly temperature inside the conference area. I knew I just had to summon to the doctor’s order for rest and inhaling steam with the help of hot tub covers to loosen the mucous off my very tired and sick body.
As much as I feel bad to not have finished the conference, the good reports that came in made my heart glad. These ministers do need to be ministered to as well.
